Ingredients
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 clove finely minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried chipotle chili powder
1/2 cup smooth salsa
Directions
In a mixing bowl, stir or whisk together all ingredients until
smooth and creamy. Serve immediately with a salad or as a dip, or cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. May be stored up to (or a few days past) the earliest expiration date shown on either your buttermilk or sour cream container.
