Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Yield: 3 cups
Cook Time: None.
Tips: 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) may be used instead of mayonnaise, if desired.
Suggestion: Delicious served with fresh vegetables or tortilla, corn or potato chips.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (5 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and diced
- 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
