Turkey Artichoke Cheese Dip
Yield:   About 2 1/2 cups
Cook Time:   5-7 minutes
Tips:   May be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Suggestion:   Delicious served with untoasted miniature slices of Italian, French or sourdough bread or Baked Crostini.
Turkey Artichoke Cheese Dip is a dip you can throw together easily using a few very accessible tasty ingredients. This dip is made with sliced smoked turkey sandwich meat, marinated artichoke hearts, diced green onions,
and a combination of Parmesan and cream cheese, and is heated briefly on the stove and served warm (though is still delicious as it cools). It is a great dip to serve anytime, or during the holiday season, when many are cooking turkey dinners and serving other dishes that surround the turkey theme.

This appetizer dip is very tasty when dipped with Baked Crostini (shown in photo), but is also delicious with soft untoasted miniature slices of Italian, French or sourdough bread.

Turkey Artichoke Cheese Dip can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it to your guests. Simply warm it up in a small saucepan on the stove for a few minutes or heat in the microwave in a few seconds. If you are serving this dip with Baked Crostini, the Crostini can also be made in advanced and stored in a plastic bag for a few days.
